PRE-ORDER?

Pre-Order method is the most substainable way of buying clothes and accessories. That is why we introduced this system in our shop.

When you order a pre-ordered product it means that you are ordering a product not made yet, but expecting to get it once the production is done.

 

Let's help mother nature by making it the new way to shop online. And eliminate overproduction together.

How do I know if my item is on Pre-Order?

Before buying if an item is on pre-order its corresponding product page will have ''pre-order'' written in green next or below the item's price. This will also be the case at checkout. Not all products are pre-order, so if you don't see ''pre-order'' written , then the item is already in stock and will be shipped as normal. Please be sure to check this detail for each item you make a purchase.

After buying, you will receive an estimated dispatch date in your confirmation email and an overview of your order, which will confirm again whether your items are pre-order or in-stock. For orders consisting of multiple pre-order items, a package will always be dispatched on the farthest dispatch date featured in the email. Please be sure to check that this email is not in your spam folder!

Can I return my order?

We want to make sure you are totally psyched with your purchase. ZEKOA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items should be in like new condition, in the condition in which received and if they have any signs of wear they will not be accepted for return.

Are ZEKOA's garment made by hand?

ZEKOA's garments that are made in the U.S are cut and sewn by a stalwart team paid living wages. Each piece is hand-cut on a cutting table from a paper pattern using traditional pattern, cutting and sewing methods. ZEKOA's garments that are made in Canada are all handcrafted 100% here. We have control and we make sure that the quality is superior.
